ISEP announces the creation of the new executive position, Chief Marketing Officer.
Hiring will take place in 2018 with applications closing in January. The Chief Marketing Officer will provide strategic leadership for the marketing, creative and recruiting teams of the not-for-profit based in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Among the top priorities for the CMO will be developing and implementing a new marketing strategy to serve the organization’s global community:
- 330+ colleges and university members in over 50 countries
- 3,000+ students and prospective students annually
- 58,000+ alumni
As the organization embarks on a new strategic plan in 2018, the CMO will play a key role by designing and leading a growth strategy to support ISEP’s mission and organizational strengths in global student mobility: academic quality, student inclusivity and a collaborative membership community.
To achieve global growth targets, the organization seeks candidates with cross-cultural respect, understanding and experience. International expertise and familiarity with global educational markets is highly desirable.
ISEP will look for candidates that reflect the diversity within their member and student populations.
