Your ISEP Health Insurance Identification cards are important because they provide the information you’ll need in case of an emergency or illness abroad. Once you have paid and enrolled in ISEP Health Insurance, you will receive the following identification cards:

  • The NGL Medical ID Card
  • The United Healthcare Global Assistance Services Card (Students who enroll in a MER plan will only receive this card)

The cards must be downloaded and printed.

Please print copies of your identification cards and keep them in a safe, accessible location (ISEP recommends keeping them with your passport). Carry the other copies with you at all times (or cut out the card portions of the enrollment pages, and carry them with you).

If you need replacement cards, please email insurance@isep.org. Please note: if you have lost the cards, you may still receive medical treatment and file claims.
