Join ISEP University Relations Managers (URM) and coordinators from around the globe for lunch and an engaging, interactive afternoon. All inbound and outbound coordinators will benefit from the session and attendees will:
- Discuss ways to collaborate with your URM to best serve student populations and strategize ways to integrate ISEP into your internationalization goals.
- Identify ISEP’s pre-departure resources and share best practices for preparing and supporting students on program.
- Learn about ISEP’s new health and safety partner, CISI, and how to best support the health and wellness needs of Gen Z in the context of education abroad.

Marketing & Advising for ISEP Programs Workshop: Reaching Gen Z, Post Pandemic
Wednesday, May 31, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Gen Z has been fundamentally changed after living through the COVID pandemic, and it’s time for a new approach to study abroad marketing and advising. Join ISEP Marketing and Communications and Student Services for this workshop to learn strategies for reaching Gen Z and supporting them through the advising and application process. This session is intended for marketing to students on your campus (outbound), not recruiting students to your campus (inbound). Attendees will:
- Learn what Gen Z values post pandemic and how they make decisions.
- Brainstorm with ISEP colleagues to develop strategies to reach Gen Z and address their perceptions about study abroad.
- Explore how ISEP resources can support your recruitment goals.
