María Soloeta is Director of International Cooperation at the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires. As such, she develops and coordinates the deepening of partnerships with institutions and organizations with universities around the world. She holds a BA in English from the Universidad del Salvador and a MA in International Education from New York University. She has been working in International Education for over 25 years and is currently responsible for leading, partnering and supporting internationalization initiatives at USAL. She has presented in several Conferences about International Education abroad. She is currently serving her third term as a member of the ISEP Council of Advisors. Her responsibilities at Universidad del Salvador include student and faculty mobility, partnership development, collaboration with USAL schools in international double degree projects, identification and preparation of grant funded proposals for international initiatives, among others. María has also worked as a professor of English, and has taught courses for both the Faculty of Philosphy and Literature and for the School of History and Tourism. She has also worked abroad at New York University.
