Pablo Ulloa-Perez

Director of Member Relations | Members located in Asia, Oceania, Northern and Central Europe, Ireland, and the United Kingdom

A native of Costa Rica, Pablo relocated to Washington, D.C. in March of 2017. He joined ISEP earlier in September, after working in the field of international education for the past 10 years. Pablo holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in Intercultural Education at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia in Spain. In his most recent position, Pablo served as the International Programs and Education Abroad Advisor at EARTH University in Costa Rica, where he managed study abroad programs, international student services and established and maintained partnerships in Latin America, the United States, Europe and Africa. His interests include hiking, camping and jogging. He also thoroughly enjoys jazz music and select stand-up comedy.
