Raquel Wisdom

Staff Accountant

Raquel joined ISEP’s finance department in January of 2023 as a Staff Accountant. She is originally from Nassau, Bahamas, where she grew up in a culture that instilled the importance of a quality education. Raquel relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2019. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and has plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Finance in the near future. Before ISEP, Raquel worked at The University of Tampa in Admissions. She also worked as a Student Ambassador and as a Coordinator for the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement. Between 2021 and 2022, she spearheaded an initiative called Spartan Mentors, in partnership with a non-profit agency, which allowed students to assist within the local community to facilitate afterschool enrichment lessons and homework assistance to youth from underrepresented communities. She was also the VP of Marketing and the Public Relations Director for The University of Tampa’s chapter of The Caribbean Student Association. She has a passion for international education and cultural diversity which she expects will grow deeper as a member of the ISEP team.
