Sam began working at ISEP as a temporary employee in April 2003 and was later welcomed as a permanent ISEP staff member in May 2004. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Sam has three children and a granddaughter, all of whom she enjoys spending her time with. Other interests include traveling, cooking, going to the movies, and spending time with friends.
