Conference Hotel Details

The conference hotel is located a short walk from the metro. The King Street metro station is two stops on the blue and yellow lines from Washington Reagan National Airport. The airport is less than 15 minutes by car to and from the hotel via taxi, rental, Uber or Lyft.

Historic Old Town Alexandria is located on the Potomac River across from Washington, D.C. It is home to George Washington’s Mount Vernon estate, historic mansions and excellent dining and shopping attractions. We hope that you enjoy your stay in the area. While Old Town Alexandria is walkable, it also has a readily available free trolley service.

Reservations at the Conference Hotel

At the Westin Alexandria, our 2017 ISEP Conference hotel, the negotiated reduced rate block for our ISEP Conference expired on September 14, 2017. This rate was only available to conference participants. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel or through a third- party site which may advertise reduced rates.

To change a reservation, you made as part of the ISEP Conference Room Block please contact the hotel directly.

When making your room selection, note that the conference begins on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, with an opening reception at the French Embassy and closes on Friday evening, October 20, 2017 at the Organization of American States.
