ISEP Selected by ACLS to Host Leading Edge Fellow

March 22, 2021

We are excited to announce that ISEP has been selected by the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) to host a Leading Edge Fellow. The Leading Edge program places recent humanities PhDs with nonprofit and government organizations committed to furthering social justice. Fellows use their humanities expertise to solve problems, build organizational capacity and advance justice and equity in their communities.

ISEP is one of only 40 government and nonprofit organizations selected to host a Leading Edge Fellow this fall. The fellow placed at ISEP will contribute to our mission of furthering equity and inclusion in study abroad by leading the Curriculum Mapping for Equity project. Fellows receive an annual stipend of $60,000, as well as health insurance and professional development funding.

This initiative is made possible through the support of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

The application deadline is May 6, 2021 (9 PM EDT). For more information, please visit the ACLS website.
