On Monday, March 28, 2016 at approximately 3 p.m. EDT a shooting took place at the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. Media outlets are reporting one bystander injury and that this was a singular criminal act, not an act of terrorism. All ISEP staff and students are safe.
