ISEP Study Abroad is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for outbound and inbound students in designated regions in preparation for their study abroad programs and on-site.

Are you an experienced student advisor, who enjoys supporting students in academic, personal, cultural, visa and logistical matters? Are you a problem-solver who knows how to coordinate the appropriate stakeholders to resolve student issues prior to and during their study abroad, including health and safety emergencies? Do you thrive on advising students on the cultural nuances in their host country and how they can solve problems and concerns during their time abroad to ensure they have a successful experience? Do you have experience working with students and university liaisons in Africa, Asia, the Middle East or northern Europe? Then the Student Services Coordinator position may just be the right fit.

ISEP Study Abroad is looking for a field-based University Relations Manager, U.S. West who will serve as an ambassador and recruiter for ISEP’s study abroad programs with universities and colleges in the Western United States.

Collaboratively with the regional Director, the University Relations Manager develops and implements a student recruitment strategy for institutions in their portfolio.

This exciting position will have you on the road, visiting campuses and attending study abroad fairs and other events to promote awareness about ISEP programs and engaging with members with to ensure ISEP is meeting their needs effectively.

Internship Opportunities

Do you aspire to work in the field of international education? Do you want to support a non-profit organization in providing rewarding study abroad experiences to students from around the world? Then one of our internships may be for you.

ISEP Study Abroad is pleased to offer paid internships throughout the year. Our internships provide hands-on, professional experience in communications, marketing, research, data analysis, membership management, and student and alumni relations in the international education setting.

ISEP interns are key team members, who work on real projects that have direct impact on ISEP operations and success. The work of our interns actively contributes to our mission of breaking down academic and financial barriers to study abroad for diverse student populations.

ISEP’s Member Relations division is looking for a driven and proactive Member Relations intern to be a key contributor to the team.
