Caylie Middleton
Director of Sales and Engagement, US Affiliate Institutions
Caylie joined ISEP in January 2025 to develop, support, and strengthen ISEP’s Affiliate partnerships. Caylie is a seasoned professional who brings 15+ years of experience in study abroad program management, partnership development, and student engagement. In her previous roles at institutions such as the University of Vermont; University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC); The College of William & Mary; North Carolina State University; and Old Dominion University; Caylie demonstrated her expertise in building and scaling international education programs. Caylie excels in cultivating relationships and spearheading strategic initiatives that enhance program visibility and student access to global education. As an undergraduate at UMBC, she participated in a year-long ISEP exchange program at Aix-Marseille Université in France. Caylie earned a Master’s degree in International Higher Education Leadership from Old Dominion University where she studied comparative international higher education systems. Caylie is actively engaged in NAFSA, the Forum and other professional organizations and enjoys contributing to new and developing best practices in international education. She is excited to join the ISEP team and support ISEP’s mission of increasing access to study abroad through its unique and immersive program model. A Baltimore native but Vermont transplant, Caylie loves trying all types of cuisine, going on outdoor adventures with her dogs and family in all seasons, and seeing new parts of the USA and the world.
