Christina Brooks

Director of Strategic Communications

Christina Brooks joined ISEP in December 2024 as the Director of Strategic Communications. Her roles as a study abroad advisor at Loyola Marymount University, field director at the Institute for Study Abroad, and communications manager at CEA CAPA Education Abroad gave her a unique insight into the many facets of education abroad, and she greatly enjoyed her own study abroad experience at the University of Cantabria in Santander, Spain. She has presented at NAFSA, Diversity Abroad, and NAFSA Regional conferences, and strives to learn as much as possible about how to continue to expand access to education abroad. Christina earned a master’s degree in higher education administration from Loyola Marymount University, as well as a B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. In her spare time, Christina enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, rollerblading, and discovering new music.
