Graeson Dwyer

University Relations Manager | U.S. Southeast

Graeson Dwyer (he/they) is the Georgia-based University Relations Manager for the ISEP Exchange partners in the Southeast U.S. (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia). He began his career in international education as a student worker in Kennesaw State University’s Division of Global Affairs supporting international and domestic students with their study abroad experiences. During his time as an undergraduate, he went on a transformative ISEP Exchange program to the University of Oulu in Oulu, Finland in 2018. If you ever have questions about exploring the beauty of Northern Europe, he’s happy to chat! Since earning his B.S. in Integrative Studies of Anthropology and Geography, he went on to complete his M.S. in Conflict Management, also from Kennesaw State University. His other work experience includes data collection and analysis, supporting K-12 post-resettlement refugee populations, and intentional community engagement and event planning. Graeson holds a deep passion for international affairs and furthering possibilities for underserved student populations within higher education. He regularly collaborates with others in the field who strive to make DEIB efforts more integrated into our field through building relevant resource banks, presenting at campuses and conferences, and building individualized relationships with students and staff around the world. You can almost always find him accompanied by his cat, Juniper, and when he’s not supporting the ISEP community, he can be found gardening, creating art, or joyfully wandering in a new museum exhibit.
