Senior Director of Member Relations | Members located in the U.S. - West
Jennifer Gay returned to ISEP in August 2026, having previously served the organization from 2018 to 2021. She first discovered ISEP while serving as Senior International Officer at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, where she championed her institution's membership in the ISEP network to expand global learning opportunities, particularly for Indigenous students and other historically underrepresented populations. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in international education, Jennifer has held senior positions across higher education institutions and mission-driven organizations, building a reputation for advancing access, equity, and excellence in global learning. As Senior Director of Member Relations for the U.S. West, she partners with ISEP member institutions to support their internationalization goals and ensure students have access to affordable, high-impact opportunities to study, intern, and volunteer abroad as part of their academic journey. Inspired by ISEP's strategic vision and commitment to expanding access to transformative international experiences, Jennifer works to support institutions throughout the U.S. West while leading a variety of strategic initiatives that strengthen the global ISEP community. Her distinguished professional service includes serving as elected Chair of NAFSA Region II, a Coach for NAFSA's Academy for International Education, a member of NAFSA's Trainer Corps, and a frequent presenter and volunteer leader at international education conferences and professional development programs worldwide. A passionate advocate for mentorship and professional development, Jennifer is dedicated to supporting the next generation of international education leaders. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, dancing, roller skating, and exploring the trails and riverbanks of Durango with her dogs.
