Lily Frehner

Program Assistant

Lily joined the ISEP Team in August 2026 as a Program Assistant in the Member Relations Department. In her role, Lily collaborates with the Member Relations Team to assist with initiatives related to alumni engagement, scholarship administration, and grant support. While she is now based in Chicago, Lily grew up in southern Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for both her undergraduate and master’s degrees, earning degrees in International Studies (BA) and Global Higher Education (MS). As a student, Lily studied abroad for a semester in Rome, Italy, which inspired her to pursue a career in providing education abroad opportunities for others. In other professional roles, Lily has worked in various nonprofit and educational contexts, and has developed skills in copywriting, enrollment management, grant allocation, and teaching. In her free time, Lily enjoys reading, running, crafting, and trying new restaurants.
