Marketing Operations Specialist

Maruthi Bhargav joined ISEP in August 2026 as a Marketing Operations Specialist on the Marketing & Communications team. In his role, he supports marketing automation, digital campaigns, website operations, analytics, and other initiatives that help ISEP connect with students and institutional partners. Before joining ISEP, he worked in digital marketing and marketing research at the University of South Florida. His experience includes marketing automation, email campaigns, paid advertising, lead generation, funnel building and digital strategy. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida. His journey into marketing began while studying engineering, when his curiosity about how websites were built led him to explore web design and eventually digital marketing. What started as curiosity grew into a career he genuinely enjoys. Outside of work, he is a storyteller, songwriter, and the author of She Never Said Goodbye, his debut book. He also writes about personal growth on his blog and Substack. In his free time, he enjoys reading nonfiction, playing cricket, watching feel-good movies, spending time in nature, and enjoying Indian food. He lives in Tampa, Florida.
