ISEP partners with Cultural Insurance Services International for student health insurance
February 8, 2023ISEP is changing our student health insurance provider to Cultural Insurance Services International (CISI), a trusted industry leader specializing in student mobility. Students will continue to be covered by our current provider, ASRM, through June 30, 2023 (and for programs that start prior to June 30). Students will enroll with CISI on any ISEP program with a start date after July 1, 2023.
Our partnership with CISI offers many benefits for ISEP students and the ISEP community. One of the most important and exciting changes is that CISI allows students to enroll in health insurance by week instead of by month. This change means that many ISEP students will be able to save on the total cost of their insurance coverage.
Inbound students to the United States will also enjoy improved coverage and facility access. Through CISI, ISEP participants studying in the U.S. will have access to the AETNA network, a national network with extensive providers, including in rural locations.
ISEP is working closely with CISI to make this change as seamless as possible. Students will be able to enroll in CISI coverage as part of their Health & Safety Fee through our application system by March 15.
