ISEP Welcomes New Board and Council Leaders

ISEP is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to the Board of Directors and five new members to the Council of Advisors. ISEP’s Board of Directors is composed of global representatives from higher education, non-profits, foundations, and the private sector, all of whom have personal interests in international student mobility for academic and cross-cultural learning. The Council of Advisors consists of international and U.S. representatives from the ISEP Community who work at ISEP institutions. They provide guidance on current institutional priorities and student needs.

ISEP’s newly appointed Board members are:

Gonzalo Bruce, Ph.D.
Assistant Provost for Global Engagement, Boise State University

Gonzalo Bruce leads strategic internationalization efforts at Boise State University, overseeing key areas including Global Learning Opportunities, International Recruitment and Admission, International Student and Scholar Services, the Intensive English Program, and the Peace Corps Prep Program. He earned his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and his Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. With over 20 years of experience in the U.S. and Chile, his perspectives provide critical insights to professional discussions at industry conferences. 


Scott Daby, School of Record Representative
Director of Enrollment - Learning Abroad Center, University of Minnesota

Scott Daby oversees advising, enrollment, and scholarships across all programs and serves on the leadership team in the Learning Abroad Center at the University of Minnesota. In his twenty years at the Learning Abroad Center, he has worked in many areas, including program management and development, and curriculum integration. He earned both an M.A. and a B.A. at the University of Minnesota.


Léa Senn
Associate Director - International Education, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore

Léa Senn has over 20 years of experience in the higher education industry across Europe and the United States. She currently serves as Associate Director of International Education at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and has previously served on ISEP’s Council of Advisors. A strong business development professional with a diverse skill set, Léa joined the ISEP Board in 2025.


ISEP’s newly elected Council of Advisors members are:


Antonio Alcantara
Director of International Relations, Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio

Antonio Alcantara is the Director of International Relations at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio in Madrid, Spain, where he has also served as the ISEP Coordinator for the past three years. With over two decades of experience in international education, including previous leadership at ESIC University, he has specialized in international student and scholar services, study abroad programs, and faculty exchanges. As a specialist in international higher education transformation, he embraces change, fosters diversity, and pursues excellence in global academic collaboration.


Dustin Anderson
Associate Provost for Student Success, Georgia Southern University

Dustin Anderson oversees the Office of Global Engagement at Georgia Southern University and manages the university’s international campus in Ireland. He has been involved with Study Abroad and Global Education initiatives at GSU since 2010, with a strong commitment to expanding international opportunities for students from lower-economic backgrounds.


Stacey Neve
Study Abroad Program Manager, Montana State University

Stacey Neve brings a deep personal commitment to the transformative power of international experiences, shaped by her own time studying and working abroad. Her career in education abroad began serendipitously but has since become a passionate vocation. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and making day trips to Yellowstone National Park to photograph wildlife.


Petra Rabitsch
Deputy Director/Outbound Exchange Coordinator, University of Graz

Petra Rabitsch has worked in International Relations since 2003, driven by her formative experience as an exchange student at the University of Oklahoma. She began her career as a student assistant, progressing through roles in cooperation management and project administration. Since 2010, she has focused on student mobility and currently serves as Deputy Director of the Office of International Relations at her institution.


Kristin Williams Tokić
Assistant Director for International Student Services, Queens University of Charlotte

Kristin Williams Tokić is an advocate for international education and global engagement, committed to expanding access to study abroad for HBCUs and underrepresented students. She holds an MBA in Leadership and Change and brings expertise in higher education strategy, planning, and program development. Her work supports ISEP’s mission by fostering partnerships and advancing international exchange in higher education.
