All ISEP students are accounted for and safe. There was no damage to our member universities in Japan. Our thoughts are with all affected by this earthquake.

April 15, 2016 - Update: Japan Earthquake

On April 15th at 3:25 GMT another earthquake occurred in Kumamoto, Japan. A tsunami warning was issued and quickly lifted 50 minutes after the event. We began contacting students yesterday after the first earthquake and we will continue to monitor this situation.We recommend checking this website and #ISEPAlerts on the @ISEPStudyAbroad Twitter feed for real-time updates. April 14, 2016 - Earthquake in Japan

On April 14, 2016 at 9:26 p.m. GMT a 6.0 magnitude earthquake struck east of Kumamoto city, on the island of Kyushu in Japan. While we don’t have students studying in this particular area, we are working to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our students and members throughout Japan. We will continue to monitor this situation and will provide more information as it is made available.
