Isis here! That’s Isis as in the Egyptian goddess. I’ve lived near Baton Rouge, Louisiana with my amazing family all my life but, recently, I decided that Baton Rouge wasn't enough for me. That's why, near the end of February, I left my hometown. Now, instead of taking classes at Louisiana State University, I'll be studying at Ewha Woman's University in Seoul, South Korea. I know this experience won’t be perfect, but that’s the best part of it, I think. Join me in my journey as an African-American woman living in Korea.
